MAZDA has put its B-series 4x4 diesel models through the upgrade mill, fitting 15x7-inch alloy wheels, bigger 265/70R15 tyres, remote auto-locking for the freewheel hubs and wheel-arch flares to all DX standard, Freestyle and dual-cab models.

As well as the changes to the DX model, Mazda has announced two limited-release models. These are a B2500 4x4 standard cab diesel with air-conditioning, alloy tray, ladder racks, bull bar and two toolboxes at $28,990 drive away, and a similarly equipped petrol-powered, 4x2 standard cab at a drive away price of $19,990.
